Téa’s life is devoted to the physical, psychological,
energetic and spiritual bene!ts o"ered through the
practice of yoga. Forever a student of Life, Téa continues
to study Psychology and Philosophy at York University
and has had formal training in Ashtanga, Moksha,
Yin and Prenatal yoga as well as meditation and #ai
yoga massage. With a focus on mindfulness, Téa draws
inspiration from various styles of practice in order to
seek outer and inner alignment.
YuMee Chung is a former securities lawyer who le$
behind a busy practice to engage more deeply with
life. Named Yoga Journal’s listing of yoga’s “who’s who,”
YuMee is an advance certi!ed Jivamukti Yoga teacher
who is also trained to teach Ashtanga Yoga. She is a
graceful teacher who o"ers challenging, yet accessible,
breath-driven classes with a strong philosophical
underpinning and a playful bent. She holds an E-RYT
500 designation.
