The science of Ayurveda proves that “we are what we eat”, and there are myriad of simple, wholesome and nutritious recipes that we can make at home for ourselves and our families that will increase our over all well being.
In this 3-hour workshop we will discuss the basics of Ayurvedic nutrition, create two healing dishes, one delicious beverage, and a healthy and tasty dessert, using spices that will increase our “agni” or digestive fire, to enable us to feel more energetic, and increase our immune systems.
