As sunlight starts to lessen and days seem shorter, your mood can be diminished as well.  Learning to use meditation techniques to reduce stress, improve mood and find inner joy can help you get through winter to come and beyond.

Absolutely no experience or flexibility is required – If you’re breathing you’ll enjoy this day! 

Enjoy a relaxing day exploring the basics of meditation, gentle yoga, walking meditation
and celebrating the fall colours with a forest hike.

You will leave feeling energized after a day of relaxing!
