Meals

  • Breakfast - might be:
    • French toast with maple syrup & crab apple jelly
    • Pancakes and maple syrup - Orange Poppyseed, Blueberry Cornmeal or Oatmeal Banana
    • Spinach and Goat Cheese Omelette
    • Eggs and toast any style

    • Breakfast is served with:
    • fresh fruit salad with yogurt & granola
    • homemade muffins - cornmeal with orange marmalade, lemon cranberry or oatmeal with apple
    • toast or bagels
    • cold cereal selection
    • 2 - 3 juices, tea, coffee

    • We use organic ingredients when possible, our eggs are from a local farm, maple syrup and berries are from the property when in season, and crab apple jelly is made from our own apples.  We use rice or soy milk in baking if people are vegan, and provide soy yogurt as well.  Pancakes are usually vegan and we substitute various flours for those with wheat intolerance.
