We use organic ingredients when possible, our eggs are from a local farm, maple syrup and berries are from the property when in season, and crab apple jelly is made from our own apples. We use rice or soy milk in baking if people are vegan, and provide soy yogurt as well. Pancakes are usually vegan and we substitute various flours for those with wheat intolerance.
