Keeping busy through the Fall

Summer’s wrapping up but we still have many retreats lined up through the Fall. Mindful Eating Retreat
September 12th to September 14th
This weekend we’ll explore motivation to eat.  Did you know that we make approximately 200 decisions a day that involve eating?  The way you make those decisions will determine what, where & when you eat and who you eat with.  This weekend we’ll explore the why. You will leave the retreat with greater awareness of the decisions you make and the motivation behind them.  Learn how to slow down the process of eating so that you enjoy every meal from now on – even the dash in the car.  Learn how to say no to the well intentioned people in your life who seem to want you to eat more or eat differently.

Women’s AA 12 Traditions Retreat
September 19th to September 21st
Join us as we learn to love and work with those around us by working the twelve traditions in all our affairs.

Juice Fast Cleanse Retreat

Reclaiming Your Self Detox Week
October 5th to October 10th
This is NOT a juice fast or yoga retreat.  This is a week to get on track with healthier habits for your body, mind and spirit.  It will have a focus on all aspects of your self-awareness – what you eat, how you eat, how you feed your mind, and how you feel in your body. You will eat well and nourish your body with yummy organic vegan meals.

A Creative Weekend Retreat
October 10th to October 12th
This retreat offers up to 4 creative workshops where you will explore some new techniques, play with  different materials, witness the beauty that emerges and joyfully connect with your creative impulses.  Today you can make the decision to nourish your soul in this way – so why wait?  Open to all levels and skills.

Freedom2Play Retreat
October 17th to October 19th
Open yourself up to the possibility of letting go through flowing yoga, chilled out restorative classes, lead meditations and improv sound therapy jam sessions. Restore, heal, create and flow. This is one retreat you won’t want to miss.

Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction Retreat
October 19th to October 24th
Imagine living with a greater sense of ease, more peace in life, resilient, able to deal with stress effectively and with less anxiety. MBSR is the program that cultivates that skill. Traditionally an eight week program, but this week retreat will include all of the curriculum in a condensed time frame, allowing you to deepen your practice through the week and decide what form of mindfulness suits you best.

Living The Radiance Within Retreat
October 31st to November 2nd
