We are going to be at the Toronto Yoga Conference & Show this weekend (April 1-3).  The Yoga Show is very integral to Sugar Ridge’s history since this is our 10th year attending; we’ve had a booth there before the retreat centre was built. We have met many friends there, reconnect with them and meet new ones each year.  We may have even met you there!
