Dancing into Autumn: Fall Embodiment Retreat for Women

Find balance this weekend!

“know and heal thyself through dance”
Escape the chaos of ‘the other new year’ and join Natasha for this transformative retreat which will leave you feeling grounded, present, and reconnected to your body’s wisdom. Embodied dance invites sensory, intuitive expression, and anchors us in presence, amplifying sensations that connect us to our authentic feelings and needs.
Recharge your soul, embrace your feminine energy, and awaken the freedom to move through the fall season as your most vibrant self.

Dance is a powerful conduit for our human-ness. And deep down, many of us have a fierce desire to feel more human: raw, alive, wild and free.
Raw in how we let our vulnerable truths be witnessed
Alive in how we surrender to whatever feels true in our body
Wild in how we express our spirit and animal nature freely
Free in how we show up to our dance without fear

What you can expect to take with you from this experience:
  • a more balanced energy in your day-to-day activities
  • a greater capacity to be present and in the sensations of your body
  • a grounded reconnection to your authentic human-ness
  • a renewed joy for dance rooted in the feeling of playful, free-spirited movement
  • a less self-conscious ownership of your dance as a pleasurable and healing birthright and not a performance for others
  • a rested, nourished soul to begin your next season

No experience with dance is required to enjoy this retreat.  Everyone is welcome!

Take Time for You!

This  retreat meets the need of our longing for sacred time, space and support, to grow our capacity to be in the ups and downs of our messy human experience.

We all need a moment from time to time to get grounded and aligned.

What people have to say about retreats with Natasha:

Lindsay:  As someone who has done a lot of therapy, emotional/spiritual healing, and meditation, I’ve been blown away by the little insights and ah-ha moments I get from simply moving my body.

It forces me to become present with myself in a gentle, fun, and easy way.

Can’t recommend this enough

Bojana:  During a retreat, I met Natasha, who was leading a Freestyle Dance Alchemy session. I didn’t expect much but was open to trying it. I experienced something unlike anything before—relief, a heavy weight lifted, calm, and a deep sense of self. It felt incredibly good and strange at the same time. I can feel that I’m beginning to heal and can’t wait to explore more and work with Natasha.

Ara:  I melted immediately into the comfort and safety that Natasha created in her space. I let go and moved, freely, for the first time in years.. and the heavy feeling lifted. I’ve been liberated! I see now that dance is not a performance by nature, it’s our natural flowing movement for our free happy selves.
