24 - Hour Yoga Getaway & Detox

Relax deeply with Yoga Nidra (guided relaxation)

Sleep deeply with forest lullabies

Detox with raw vegan food and fresh juices.

Your busy life can make it difficult to get away for more than one night, so treat yourself to 24 hours!

Give yourself a quick recharge so that you can relax and unwind, and leave feeling refreshed and ready to get back to whatever your routine chaos includes!

  Use this time to do whatever serves you best.  Every class is optional! 
No experience or physical ability is necessary. 

Enjoy Hatha Yoga, Yoga nidra, guided meditation, evening campfire under the stars, great food & new friends!

Schedule

Wednesday

2 pm -Arrive and settle into your cabin
3pm – Gentle Hatha Yoga Class
4:30 – Forest Walk – or chill on the patio
6 pm – dinner
7:30 – Head to the beach for evening meditation and sunset

Thursday
Sleep in!  or optional morning meditation at 8am
9am – Breakfast
10:30 – Hatha Yoga
12 pm – Lunch
Linger and enjoy the property, depart at your leisure.

Liz FrostLiz Frost M.A. Ed, is a certified yoga teacher and Registered Psychotherapist (RP) in the Midland area. She has studied with Jon Kabat Zinn and Saki Santorelli of the Centre for Mindfulness. Liz began her yoga journey as a form of meditation, having found meditation before yoga, and she incorporates mindfulness into yoga practice. She is co-owner of Sugar Ridge and devotes her time and energy to making the world a more peaceful place
