Chakra Balancing & Reiki Meditation Day Retreat with Bianca Azgin

Relax and be Nourished for the day!

A day with Bianca will help you on your journey to understanding yourself on a more energetic level.  Learn about chakras (energy channels in the body) and learn how to balance your chakras; awakening your energy system and living more aligned with what serves you.

Your day will include:

  • Gaining knowledge about the Chakras (key energy system) through deep meditation
  • Hatha Yoga class to boost your energy and work with the Chakras
  • An intro to understanding what Reiki is and exercises to learn how to use your energy for well being
  • Restorative Yoga practice and breath work to relax and feel rejeuvenated
  • Enjoy a delicious vegetarian lunch
  • Take time to walk through the nature trails, enjoy the outside air

*Yoga is for all bodies and all levels; no prior experience required

9:00 am     arrive and get comfy, have a tea
9:30           Introductions & laying the foundation for the day
9:45           Chakra talk, Gentle movement & meditation
11:00         Break
11:15         Hatha Yoga, with focus on the Chakras
12:30 pm   Lunch & free time (read, journal, explore the grounds…)
1:45           Intro to understanding Reiki with exercises, meditation & Restorative Yoga
3:30           Break
3:45          Closing group discussion, Q&A
4:00          Depart at your leisure

 

Meet Your Facilitator

Becoming a yoga teacher seemed impossible to Bianca; she thought she had too many limitations along with her intense stage fright. She worked through it all to complete a 250 hour yoga teacher training program.

Bianca’s passion for yoga started with her journey through debilitating physical health challenges and many emotional challenges. Her experience deepens the compassion and understanding she brings to every student.  Along the way she discovered there is much more to yoga than the physical aspects. Her classes focus on improving body awareness, understanding breath and moving towards mind and body relaxation.  She believes that the fundamentals of yoga and meditation are very important in furthering one’s personal practice.

Bianca believes that yoga allows one to open up energetically through movement and be more authentically yourself. She understands it can be a challenging process and creates a safe, positive and peaceful environment for every student.

Bianca is also a Certified Reiki Practitioner. She wants to help people have a better understanding how to connect to their essence, their energies and their higher self. She wants to help each student bring the knowledge of working with energies/chakras into yoga practice, leading to a better understanding of one self and connecting to  higher consciousness, to nature, and becoming content and happy with anything that comes their way.
