Community of Hearts Yoga Retreat with Grace & Selam

Uplift & celebrate your heart with a long-weekend yoga retreat in beautiful northern Ontario with Selam Debs & Grace Rosewarne.

In the midst of our full & busy lives, it can be challenging to maintain a meaningful conversation with your heart and hear your hearts greatest desires. This long-weekend yoga retreat will cultivate self- connection, self-love & help empower you to connect to the unique expression of your own heart. We will guide through yoga, meditation and pranayama practices that help encourage Tapas (inner fire), Earth (grounding), Water (flowing) and Air (receptivity) to help move through and beyond inner and outer blockages physically & emotionally to unveil your hearts song.

Our time together will include a variety of yoga practices; including a range of asana practice, pranayama, meditation, journaling and relaxation designed to accommodate all-levels within a community of love, acceptance and support.

No experience with yoga or meditation is required – if you are breathing you can do this!

Everything is optional this weekend – do whatever serves you!

10:30 – 12:30: Uplift your heart: Hatha Yoga practice

12:30 – 1:30: Lunch 

1:30 – 3:00: Free-time & optional group hike

3:30 – 5:30: Self-reflection journaling and Restorative yoga

7:00 – 8:30: Bonfire  

Sunday – Empowerment

5:30 – 6:30: Optional early morning hike

10:30 – 12:30: Standing Strong: Hatha Yoga Practice 

12:30 – 1:30: Lunch 

2:00 – 3:00: Relaxation practice

7:00 – 8:00: Earthbound slow yoga for a restful sleep 

Monday – Surrender

10:30 – 12:30: Healing hearts: Hatha Yoga Practice and closing circle

Meet Your Facilitators

Grace brings an enthusiastic and heart-felt quality to her classes. Her teaching emphasizes physical alignment infused with uplifting and light-hearted attitude. She is certified in 500 hours of Ashaya Yoga & has completed hundreds of hours of study in yoga philosophy, anatomy & yoga therapeutics.

 

 

 

 

 

 


Selam is the owner of Juici Yoga studio in Waterloo, a yoga, meditation & reiki master and one who teaches with the intention to inspire and to love. Selam has hundred of hours of teaching in Ashtanga, Hatha, Vinyasa, Restorative, Power & Movement Yoga. She believes that Yoga, Meditation, Reiki and modalities of the heart are a way to cultivating your fullest human potential.
