2-4 pm      Arrival and settling in/free time
4:30          Meet & Greet in the studio 
5:00          Gentle Movement Practice
6:00          Dinner
7:30          Restorative Yoga
9:00          Rest (enter silence until the end of morning circle)

Saturday

7:30          Gentle Yoga 
8:45          Meditation
9:00          Breakfast & Free Time
10:30        Morning Circle – mindfulness practice and sharing
12:30        Lunch

                 Free Time or Rest  (ski the Wye Marsh, book a massage, walk/read/nap/journal/self guided yoga or meditation practice, time in nature)

4:00         Afternoon Circle
6              Dinner
7:30         Evening Circle/Fire Ceremony – let go of whatever doesn’t serve you
8:30         Guided Relaxation
9              Rest (enter silence until the end of morning circle)

Sunday

7:30         Gentle Yoga
8:45         Meditation
9:00         Breakfast
10:00       Morning Circle – mindfulness practice and sharing

Meet Your Facilitator

Liz FrostLiz Frost M.A. Ed, is a certified yoga teacher and Registered Psychotherapist (RP) in the Midland area. She has studied with Jon Kabat Zinn and Saki Santorelli of the Centre for Mindfulness. Liz began her yoga journey as a form of meditation, having found meditation before yoga, and she incorporates mindfulness into yoga practice. She is co-owner of Sugar Ridge and devotes her time and energy to making the world a more peaceful place.
