Ashley is delighted to share this powerful ancient healing art in combination with her yoga guidance.

As a passionate foodie, Ashley loves being on retreat to combine her love of wine & chocolate with the beautiful art of relaxation. As a relaxation specialist in Toronto teaching classes & tucking students in for “yoga naps” she also spends her time working at a popular French Bistro in the distillery district. Her combined knowledge and passion for yoga, food & hospitality will be a treat for your mind, body & soul.

Ashley has been guiding yoga experiences for 8 years and has ventured to host some of her signature retreats in Guatemala, California & Western Canada.

Friday
3-5pm Arrival & settling in
6-7pm Opening Circle (Introductions/Intention setting)
7:30pm Dinner
9-10pm Cozy Yoga 1

Saturday
7am Morning Yoga
9:30am Breakfast
11am Winter Hike/Walking Meditation
12:30pm Lunch
1-4pm Free Time (journalling, walking meditation, napping, reading, etc)
4pm Cozy Yoga 2
6:30pm Dinner
8pm Wine & Chocolate 🙂
