Explore Peru - Incas, Andes & Yoga

Friday, September 11 – Tuesday, September 22, 2020 all-day

Trek through the Andes
Explore ancient Inca culture
Private shamanic ceremonies
Explore Peru!

Every adventure with Liz can be described as ‘an incredible trip that happens to include yoga’.  This isn’t a yoga retreat but we do yoga and meditation daily when it’s possible.  Usually, yoga before breakfast and meditation happens randomly depending on where we are – consider it flash mob meditation on a small scale!  If we’re at an incredible temple we might sit still for 15 – 20 minutes and just be there.  Not thinking about photos or what comes next, just taking some time to be in the feeling of the place.

The incredible part of this trip is that we are guided by a local shaman throughout the whole trip, start to finish, and along the way he’s bringing us to his shaman buddies for unique experiences involving ceremonies which are not part of the normal trip to Peru.  This trip is unique and one you won’t want to miss.
