Join us (Laurin Wolf & Jason Maraschiello) for a weekend of diving inward in beautiful natural surroundings, with healthy, delicious food and cozy accommodations.

This Retreat is all about slowing down and preparing for the more yin-like energy of Fall and Winter ~ honouring your needs and surrendering to the cycles of nature and your body, mind, emotions and spirit.

The weekend includes a variety of Classes
and workshops including:

Yin Yoga
Mindful Flow
Restorative Yoga
Stress Relief Tools
Chanting & Kirtan
Mindfulness
Meditation
& more!

Your stay includes:
~ Accommodation in beautiful cozy cabins for 2 nights
~ Lovingly prepared fresh, plant based meals from Friday dinner until Sunday lunch
 
 

Meet Your Facilitator

Jason and Laurin are a pair of wandering yogis who longed to create a space for people to find community, inspiration, and support. That dream has now grown into Kala Yoga, and extends to all of the wonderful yogis who share it with them!

In 2012, Jason and Laurin left Canada to explore the world for 2 years, venturing through Australia, New Zealand, and Southeast Asia. As they traveled, they were welcomed into many homes and experienced some of the innumerable ways that other people lived, and soaked up as much knowledge as they could. They spread their love for yoga and music wherever they went, and were inspired by the remarkable people they met who were affecting positive change in their communities. From activists to aboriginal peoples, hippies to high-schoolers, they saw that change was possible and returned home with a vision for their own community.

“Our goal is to create a safe place where people can come to feel supported and to be themselves. We will support you in your yogic journey in whatever way we can, and hope that you will share it with us.”

$500 + HST Semi-private accommodation (2 people share a cabin)
We will assign you a roommate if you register on your own.

 

You can request a private cabin (currently a waitlist) and if available we’ll let you know.

With social distancing protocols in place, you will need to book semi-private accommodation if you are attending as a single.  If you are coming with someone you can share with please book semi-private (2 ppl) or shared (3 – 4 ppl) accordingly.  Max group size will be determined by the gathering limits allowed at the time of the retreat.
