Get Clear on Your Year: Align Within Week Retreat

Tired of making resolutions you never keep?

Want something different for this year?

Start living on purpose!

How about peace and harmony within yourself?  Add a dash of self-control, tolerate stress and be your authentic self! What does ALIGNMENT look and feel like for you?

Start the year getting balanced, with a focused mind, and set clear intentions for 2022 that you will achieve.

This week will be a planning week like no other.  You will create your own unique plan and not try to cram your ideals into a cookie cutter model.  We will look at the way you want to FEEL as opposed to the things you want to achiveve. Each day of the retreat, we will focus on different elements and aspects of life through a lens of curiosity, contemplation and self-awareness to get real with yourself in terms of creating a realitythat is in alignment with your authentic self. 

Join Jenny as she guides you through a series of self-discovery exercises, enabling you to feel more self-confident and connected to your inner wise self – it’s in there, really!

This week will increase your:woman reaching for the sky

  • Clarity, energy, and productivity
  • Confidence in mastering new challenges
  • Feeling connected in relationships
  • Influence with those you lead
  • Overall happiness by living on purpose!

Your retreat includes at least one 1:1 coaching session with Jenny to help you get on track with any issues you are facing.  Group discussions and self-reflection exercises will lead you to create a plan for the whole year.  Your plan will incorporate all aspects of your being.

Jenny is a certified Lifestyle & Wellness Coach, fitness & yoga teacher, and experienced educator with a holistic view on helping others prioritize life goals. She will guide you through this week, and you’ll emerge with clarity and focus like you’ve never had before.

We’ll round out the week with optional meditation and yoga every day, explore the natural world with cross-country skiing and snowshoeing, or rest deeply and stay snuggled by the fire, sipping hot chocolate. Emerge from this week energized, on track with clear goals and the confidence to make this your year!

5:00 – 5:30 pm           Guided Meditation & ‘Check-in Within’

5:30 pm                      Dinner & free time

7:00 – 8:00 pm           Introductory Group Session & Self Reflection

 

Monday – Thursday

7:30 – 8:45 am               Yoga

9:00 am                          Breakfast

10 am – 12 pm               Group Session

12 – 12:45 pm                Free Time or Mindful Movement Class such as Pilates or Simple Strength

12:45 pm                        Lunch      

1:15 – 2:30 pm               Free Time & Coaching Sessions (book a massage, go for a hike or snowshoe)

2:30 – 4:00 pm               Group Session

4:00 – 5:30 pm               Free Time & Coaching Sessions

5:30 pm                          Dinner

7:00 pm                          Evening Activity (meditation, movie, gentle yoga…)

Meet your Facilitator

Jenny Jackson has been immersed in education & leadership for more than 20 years. She holds a B.Ed, RYT-500, and Health & Lifestyle Coaching certification through York University. Jenny is a seeker of inner well-being, and she consciously aligns herself living with an open mind, an open heart and embodies joy & vitality which is reflected in her welcoming & inclusive style of leadership. Jenny believes that feeling vital and in harmony with others & within our own selves is the primary goal (in life and in our bodies), and practice should reflect this.

Expect well-planned, responsible, creative & intuitive instruction within Jenny’s classes and retreats. Trust that your needs will be supported and a sense of inclusion & community will always be a focus. Jenny takes her offerings (but not herself) very seriously, so you can relax and be yourself as she leads with humour and vulnerability.
 
Jenny is an entrepreneur, mother of 3 and cancer survivor. She finds her own sense of centering while mountain biking in the forest and enjoying her stand-up paddleboard. She is the founder of Body Balanced Wellness, which offers registered Yoga Teacher Training Programs, both online & in person.

$1,475 + HST for shared accommodation (with one other person), all meals from Sunday dinner to Friday lunch, workshops, activities and a whole new you!
