The question is: What does ALIGNMENT look and feel like for you?
How about peace and harmony within yourself? Add a dash of self-control, improved self-awareness and a toolbox of strategies to tolerate stress and be your authentic self!
Join us at Sugar Ridge and start the year getting balanced with a focused mind, a vital body and clear intentions for 2022 that are realistic and true to you.
This week will be a planning week like no other. You will be supported and guided to create your own unique plan for personal success.
Together we will be exploring the ways you want to FEEL in addition to the things you aspire to achieve.
Each day of the retreat, through group workshops and activities, we will focus on different aspects of living mindfully and intentionally through a lens of curiosity, contemplation and self-awareness.
In addition to yoga, meditation, hikes and wellness practices, you will be supported daily through a series of self-discovery exercises, group conversations, guided journalling and reflections specifically designed to help you create a personalized plan to live YOUR best life.
This week will increase your:
- Clarity, energy, and productivity
- Confidence in mastering new challenges
- Sense of feeling connected in relationships to others and YOURSELF
- Overall happiness by living on purpose!
Your retreat includes at least one 1:1 coaching session with Jenny to help you get on track with any specific challenges or issues you are working through. All activities are optional. This is your time to nurture, restore, strengthen, find stillness, or do precisely it is that YOU need to start your year off right!

7:30 pm Gentle Yoga for Relaxation
Monday – Thursday
7:30am Yoga & Meditation
9:00 am Breakfast
10:00 – 11:30 Group Workshop
11:45 – 12:30 Free Time or Mindful Movement Class such as Pilates or Simple Strength
12:45 pm Lunch
1:15 – 2:30 Free Time & one-on-one sessions (book a massage, go for a hike or snowshoe)
2:30 – 4:00 pm Group Workshop
4:00 – 5:30 pm Free Time & one-on-one sessions
5:30 pm Dinner
7:00 pm Evening Activity (meditation, movie, gentle yoga…)

Jenny Jackson has been immersed in education & leadership for more than 20 years. She holds a B.Ed, RYT-500, and Health & Lifestyle Coaching certification through York University. Jenny is a seeker of inner well-being, and she consciously aligns herself living with an open mind, an open heart and embodies joy & vitality which is reflected in her welcoming & inclusive style of leadership. Jenny believes that feeling vital and in harmony with others & within our own selves is the primary goal (in life and in our bodies), and practice should reflect this.
Registration Details
$1,475 + HST for shared accommodation (with one other person), all meals from Sunday dinner to Friday lunch, workshops, activities and a whole new you!
$1,870 + HST for private accommodation – have a cabin all to yourself!
