You will glow from the inside out and feel radiant after a weekend of stress free bliss.  Let Liz guide you through a series of meditation and yoga classes in the serenity that is Sugar Ridge.  The studio is enveloped in natural sounds, and every window has a view to blooming flowers.  We’ll do the cooking and you do the eating!  Meals are vegan, gluten free and yummy.

Bring a friend or family member and unwind together or come on your own and meet new friends. This is truly an unspoiled area of natural beauty in which you can rediscover your relationship with the Earth, connect to your breath, your body and leave feeling refreshed and ready for what life tosses you next.

Beginner yoga students are very welcome and encouraged.  This retreat is perfect for anyone who just needs a little break from everyday life!

Retreat Schedule:

FRIDAY

3-5 pm  Arrive and settle in to your cabin
5pm – Introductions in the studio and review weekend agenda
6pm – Dinner 
7pm – Meditation (no experience necessary – it’s guided!)

SATURDAY 
7:30 am Gentle Morning Yoga
8:45 am – Meditation 
9am – Breakfast
11am – Yoga Glow Flow
12:30pm – Lunch
Afternoon Enjoy Outdoor Fun & Relax (beach, hike, read, book a massage or have a nap)
6:00pm – Dinner
7:45pm – Sunset Meditation at the beach – we’ll carpool over – wear a mask on the ride!

SUNDAY in silence
Morning tea & fruit
8am – Morning Yoga
9:30am – Breakfast
10:30am – Mandala Workshop
12:30 pm – Lunch – mindful eating
1:30 pm – Guided meditation
2:30 – Hike – mindful forest walk
4:00 – Loving Kindness meditation
4:30 Silence ends – free time until dinner
5:30  Dinner
7:30 – Bonfire outside

MONDAY

Morning tea & fruit
8am – Morning Yoga
9:30am – Breakfast
10:30am – Hike the trails
12:30 pm – Lunch 
Depart at your leisure – stay as long as you like to enjoy the surroundings

Liz, I wanted to thank you from the bottom of my heart for your warmth and for the relaxation you provided this weekend. This was my first retreat and I am walking away with nothing but great things to say! I am feeling so refreshed. You are so welcoming and really made me feel comfortable and at home. Food was FANTASTIC. I really appreciate the effort you all put into making this weekend great for all of us. I hope to see you again in the future 🙂

Cost:

$625 + HST  shared accommodation, all meals, classes – up to 4 people share a cabin
$710 + HST semi-private accommodation, all meals, classes – 2 people share a cabin
$795 + HST  private accommodation, all meals, classes – private cabin all to yourself

Due to social distancing protocols, if you are attending the retreat on your own you must select semi-private or private rate.  If you are attending with others in your social or family circle and can share accommodation, please choose the pricing option appropriate for the number of people you register with.

In respecting the current social gathering the group size is limited to 15 people.  Yoga will be done outside, but meditation and guided relaxation will be in the studio – lots of space for social distancing.
