Glass Full Retreat

Feel cared for, create community, relax deeply, move your body, eat well, and return home with a tool-kit of resources to cultivate rituals to continue your self-care. Discover what allows you to feel aligned, connected, and at peace.

What you can expect:
To explore self-care rituals; be surrounded by nature in the good company of like- minded women.
 yoga and meditation
 introduction to Reiki
 delicious plant-based meals and snacks
 workshops
 nature walks – the grounds are situated on over 25 km of hiking trails
 campfires – with S’mores!
 intention-setting and gratitude sessions
 self-care goodie bag

Most of all, you’re here fill up on what you need. If that means curling up with a book or sleeping until noon every day, that’s cool, too!

Option to book private Reiki sessions for $75 for one hour or $40 for 30 minutes.

 

Julia Nethersole created Glass Full with the intent to be of service and create spaces for women to pour some love into themselves and into each other. Her nine to five job is in communications and events.

Susan Nethersole  facilitates yoga classes which lead students to find their own authentic expression of the asanas. She emphasizes the foundation of pranayama and meditation to unlock the subtle transformative effect of yoga. She has been practicing yoga for over 25 years. She trained in Rishikesh, India and borrows from many styles to meet the needs of her students. Her own healing experience through yoga inspires her to invite others to their own transformation. With healing as a motivator, Susan often uses her Reiki training to create an inclusive, light-filled space.
