Thursday, August 5 –
Take a day just for you to rewind….
Enjoy disconnecting from the external, and turn within, reconnect to SELF, using yoga, meditation and nature, in a ‘nourishing/flourishing’ environment.
Lovingly flow your body through gentle yoga, simple breathing exercises (pranayama), guided meditation and journaling.
Our day’s activities and ‘not doing’ will illuminate your interior spaces, for better self understanding and care.

We culminate the day with a magical crystal bowl sound bath relaxation.
There will be opportunities for therapeutic arts activities and free time in the forest and gardens to mindfully wander, explore, observe, experience, read and journal.
Nurture your whole BE-ing on this day. Do what you intuitively need, and absorb the day’s magic and energy.
You are welcome to bring along any crystals you may have for the Chakra-rebalancing gentle yoga session.

Schedule for the day
9:00 am – meet and greet in the studio
- Sankalpa (intention-setting)
- Hatha yoga (gentle & slow flow)
10:45 Body break
11:00 Guided meditation and guided journaling
12 noon Vegan lunch, organic, local and delicious
1:30 Chakra-energy balancing Meditation & Pranayama (breath work)
2:00 Chakra Balancing yoga (basic poses with modifications for all levels)
3:00 free time to read, enjoy gardens, have a cup of tea, hike, journal, smell the roses, meditate, do any of the therapeutic art activities on site
4:00 Deep Relaxation – Yogic sound bath with Tongue Drum, Crystal Bowl, Tibetan Singing bowl and Earth Gong
4:30 Final guided journal entry and closing
Enjoy the space and stay as long as you wish, depart at your leisure.
Participants are encouraged to bring: journal, writing/colouring utensils, any crystals you may have to incorporate into your practice, personal eye mask or eye pillow, a book to read.

Teaching: Matwork Pilates, Yogalates, Hatha Vinyasa Yoga, Pre/Post Natal, Family Yoga, Yoga-Fit Seniors (incl. Chair-based), Post-Rehab Exercise and Therapeutic Movement for those with Neurological Impairment.
Registration Details
Tuition for the day is $165 + HST and includes all classes and lunch
Cabin & Breakfast for the night before or same day is $189 + HST
Create a mini retreat and add the one day workshop Art of Healing with Arrole Lawrence. Book a cabin for a night or 2 and relax surrounded by the peace of Sugar Ridge.
