This Live Life Fit Goddess Retreat invites you to tap into your power as a woman.  Take precious time for yourself in a peaceful, supportive environment.   Revitalize your body, mind, spirit, dreams, passion, experience with this gift to yourself.

Today’s world is more advanced than ever, busier than ever, richer than ever, and yet our health, happiness and focus are in their poorest states ever.  Why? Essentially, we are humans doing very non-human things all day long. Living unconsciously, with convenience and comfort, is impacting your health, career, and relationships. 

You can learn simple, practical tools to help you not only exist in today’s environment but thrive! Uncover and redesign any thoughts or beliefs that limit your way of being in the world.  Use this weekend to create the life you want and take it to the next level.

This weekend you will be guided by Cecile and Gordana: two women passionate about living life to the fullest.

Itinerary:  (subject to change if something new inspires us)

Friday, September 28th
4:00 – 6:00 p.m.  Arrive and settle into your cabin (Feel free to use this time to take a walk, read a book, meditate or meet someone new)
6:00 p.m.            Welcome & introductions
6:30                    Dinner
8:00                    Evening Meditation/Gentle Stretch
9:00                    Campfire (drinks & smores)

Saturday, September 29th
7:00 – 7:45 a.m.  Morning meditation/yoga, Bootcamp Workout or sleep in!
8:00 – 9:00          Breakfast (Please be there by 8:30)
9:15 -10:30         Activity One (Lead by Gordana)
10:30 – 10:45      Break
10:45 – 12:15      Activity Two
12:15                  Break
12:30                  Lunch
2:00 – 4:00          Guided Hike
4:00 – 6:00          Free Time (mingle, read, find a quiet spot to reflect. The choice is yours)
6:00                    Dinner & ceremonies
7:30                    Evening Meditation and Gentle Stretch
9:00                    Goddess Campfire (a time to share ….if you wish)

Sunday, September 30th
7:00 – 7:45          Morning meditation/ yoga, Bootcamp Workout or Sleep in!
8:00                    Breakfast
9:15 – 10             Cabin clean up & packing
10:15 – 11:15      Spiritual Guided Walk
11:15                  Break – pack up cars
11:45                  Lunch 
Depart at your leisure after lunch.

This retreat is suitable for all fitness levels.  

Cecile De Breton –  As the owner of Live Life Fit Fitness Studio in Thornbury, Ontario, mother, sister, wife and daughter, Cecile was looking for a way of bringing life minded woman together for a few days to laugh, embrace the outdoors and raise each other up. Life gets hectic, so taking a few days to enjoy the company of other women, get recharged and make new friends is what this weekend is all about.

 

 

 


Gordana Jakopcevic –a coach, a writer, fitness and wellness expert and mama to three beautiful not so little anymore little girls.

She is committed to changing, influencing and inspiring you to get your power back, to stop settling, to live your true potential and to know that lasting change is possible!

Semi-private accommodation (2 per cabin) – please add $75 + HST each
Private accommodation (a cabin all to yourself) please add $150 + HST
