Mala Bracelet Workshop with Bianca
Thursday, April 4 –
Join Bianca of Artisan Malas for a creative day of mala bracelet making!
Mala necklaces and bracelets are a meditation tool to help deepen and enhance your practice to further improve your daily lifestyle. However, if you are not hardcore on meditation, don’t fret! Wearing mala necklaces and bracelets daily, help connect you to the energies of the natural crystals and woods. Use this energy as an aid to what you are trying to work on; enhancing your strengths, emotional healing, concentration by counting the beads and more. Anything you need help with, there is a crystal for that.
Mala necklaces and bracelets also are the perfect tool for intention and mantra setting, serving as reminders along your journey (past, present and future endeavors).
These necklaces and bracelets are also gorgeous statement pieces to add your jewelry collection by combining it with a piece you already own, or stacking your favourite crystals together.

Meet Your Facilitator!
Becoming a yoga teacher seemed impossible to Bianca; she thought she had too many limitations along with her intense stage fright. She worked hard to gain the strength in herself to take and complete the yoga teacher training program of 250 hours.
Bianca’s passion for yoga started with her journey to better her physical health after dealing with many emotional challenges and debilitating illnesses over the years. This allows her to bring compassion and understanding to each and every class. Along the way she discovered that there is so much more to yoga than just the physical aspect. Her classes work on gaining better body awareness, focusing on breath and working towards mind and body relaxation. She believes that the fundamentals of yoga and meditation are very important in furthering the students’ personal practice.
She strongly believes that yoga allows you to open up through movement and find yourself. She understands that it can be a challenging process and therefore, is determined to create a safe, positive and peaceful environment for every student.
Bianca is also a Certified Reiki Practitioner. She wants to help people have a better understanding how to connect to our essence, our energies and our higher selves. She wants to also help each student bring the knowledge of working with our energies/our chakras into the yoga practice, as that can lead to a better understanding of who we are as individuals, bringing ourselves into our higher consciousness, connecting or reconnecting with nature, and becoming content and happy with anything that comes our way.
Bianca is the co-founder of Artisan Malas which creates mala necklaces and bracelets to enhance your meditation experience as well as spread therapeutic natural energies, positivity and happiness.
