Mindfulness Leadership Retreat

The Mindfulness at Work Leadership Retreat is designed for women leaders that are focused on cultivating mindfulness to enhance their experience and effectiveness at work and in life. This retreat will be focused on leading with courage, curiosity and compassion. The content will be grounded in a highly practical and scientifically based approach to understanding mindfulness and the important connection to a thriving life.

Core Learning Areas

What is Mindfulness? We will examine the many facets of mindfulness, the role mindfulness plays in a thriving workplace, and how mindfulness changes the brain.

Courage, Awareness, Compassion, Vulnerability and Curiosity:  We will explore how these core elements are critical to our role as a leader and how mindfulness is critical to cultivate and bring these elements to life.

Making it Last: We will build an understanding of the importance of rituals for lasting change. The brain science and other important research will be examined, along with the application to work and life.

Desired Outcomes

The desired outcome of the Mindfulness at Work Retreat is for participants to leave with clear strategies to cultivate mindfulness, show up in bravery, and build compassion as an every day practice.
