Mindfulness Meditation: A Day of Silence with Liz

Wednesday, February 13 –

Celebrate Stillness!

In the stillness of silence you can reconnect with your inner wisdom and sort out the mental chatter of daily life, contemplate questions you may be avoiding or gain clarity of thought.

Taking a break from communication is a gift we give each other.  No need for small talk or wondering what to say.  The silence isn’t heavy and punishing, it’s welcome and light.

The day includes a variety of meditation techniques with guidance.  It’s a great introduction if you’re new to meditation and wonder what it’s all about.  It’s also a great day to deepen your practice if you’re contemplating a longer silent retreat or want to get back into the habit of mindfulness.

Join Liz Frost for a day in silence including an incredible vegan lunch, snacks and beverages.

“I have been to many workshops and retreats over the past 30 years regarding mindfulness , and my day at SUGAR RIDGE was top notch. I was impressed with your energy and skill from 9 to 5 ! Your voice and language as a meditation coach is as good as it gets .Thank you.”     Raymond

“Thanks again for a great day yesterday.  I left feeling amazing and re-energized!  I woke up this morning and did my first meditation practice and it went great.  I would like to send my Mom to your next day retreat!”     Jesse

“Just wanted to thank you for a very helpful retreat on Wednesday. It was the kick-start I needed to get back into practice. You reminded me of the kneeling meditation posture that had been a staple for me years ago. Strange that I had forgotten that. It was lovely watching the snow falling through the trees, and escaping the rat race for a day.”   Michael
