This is a weekend for women to escape the duties of home and family in order to retreat and re-connect with self.
Bring your mother, sister, aunt, daughter or best friend and escape together, or come solo and meet new friends!
This is a no dishes, no cleaning, no make-up get back to basics kind of getaway.
Explore forest walks, napping, yoga, meditation, campfire, mindful movement and plenty of feasting.
Sleep in or watch the sunrise.
Do what suits you since everything is optional. No experience is necessary to enjoy yoga or meditation.

7:30 Guided Meditation for Relaxation

Registration Details
Rates include all meals from Friday dinner until Sunday lunch, all classes and activities.
Tuition
Shared Cabin $575 + HST for (up to 3 – 4 people in a cabin)
Semi-Private Room $650 + HST (2 people in a room)
Private Room $825 + HST (just you in a room)

Meet Your Teacher
Jenny Jackson has been immersed in Movement Education for more than 20 years. Jenny is a seeker of inner well-being, and she consciously aligns herself living with an open mind, an open heart and embodies joy & vitality which is reflected in her welcoming & inclusive style of instruction. She teaches with a strong anatomical influence while still deeply honouring the classical roots of yoga. Jenny believes that feeling vital and in harmony with others & within our own selves is the primary goal (in life and in our bodies), and practice should reflect this.
Expect well-planned, responsible, creative & intuitive instruction within Jenny’s classes and retreats. Trust that your needs will be supported and a sense of inclusion & community will always be a focus. Jenny takes her offerings (but not herself) very seriously, so you can relax and be yourself as she leads with humour and vulnerability.
