Mothers Day Yoga Getaway

This is a weekend for women to escape the duties of home and family and celebrate.

Bring your mother, sister, aunt, daughter or best friend and escape together.

This is a no dishes, no cleaning, no make-up get back to basics kind of getaway.

Explore forest walks, yoga, meditation, campfire, zumba dance party and plenty of feasting. 

Sleep in or watch the sunrise. 

Do what suits you since everything is optional.  No experience is necessary to enjoy yoga or meditation.

Liz Frost M.A. Ed, is a certified yoga teacher, mindfulness coach, and psychotherapist in the Midland area. She has studied with Jon Kabat Zinn and Saki Santorelli of the Centre for Mindfulness, Lee Lesser, Michael Stone, and most recently with Shinzen Young. Liz began her yoga journey as a form of meditation, having found meditation before yoga, and she incorporates mindfulness into yoga practice. She is co-owner of Sugar Ridge and devotes her time and energy to making the world a more peaceful place

Rates include all meals from Friday dinner until Sunday lunch, all classes and activities.

Shared accommodation is $425 + HST per person

Semi-private please add $75 + HST

Private accommodation add $150 + HST
