Feel lighter yet more grounded!

Explore & Enjoy your food!

Be radiant!

This is a weekend of bliss for your body!  Whole raw, vegan foods give your digestive system a break from the work of digesting heavy foods. You will leave feeling lighter physically, thinking more clearly and perhaps more balanced emotionally.  You will have the recipes, and confidence to prepare foods easily, with plenty of information about a balanced diet,  Use the weekend to detox or simply take a break from daily living.  Laurie & Liz believe food preparation should be simple and you’ll discover how easy it is to prepare whole raw foods that serve you with no need to go buy extra kitchen equipment (although those veggie spiralers are fun!)

You can tailor this week to what you need and choose between 2, 5 or 7 night options.  The 5 and 7 night options include 2 full days of juice fasting for an extra cleanse.  If you are pregnant, or undergoing certain medical treatments for which it isn’t advised to fast we will feed you!

Most of us are blissfully unaware of the process of eating – or maybe not so blissful. Maybe you’re frustrated with the cycle of eating too much then beating yourself up? Do you eat pretty healthy food but still gain weight? Do you eat so quickly you don’t really taste the food? Do you eat food you don’t really like to please someone else? Perhaps you eat more than you intended? Do you feel like you need to nap after eating?  Learn how to give your body the nutrients you need to feel great, have more energy, reduce stress on your digestive system, your mental system and your emotional system.

For most people the word diet means deprivation, frustration and suffering. The word diet really means a way of life. Incorporating raw food into your diet will seem easier after this week.  We’ll throw in some yoga for fun and explore the relationship we have with our bodies. No experience necessary. If you are breathing you can do yoga!

You will have the opportunity to have 1:1 time with Laurie for live blood cell analysis at the beginning of your stay.  Let your blood show you what’s happening within your health system. Nutritional Microscopy:  refers to “Reading” Live Blood: A world of understanding awaits when you take a fantastic voyage into the microscopic world of your own blood!!  It is absolutely fascinating to watch the play of life at the cellular level. Using a high powered Phase Contrast microscope an individual’s life and health energies show in their drops of blood. Nutritional Microscopy is not diagnostic in nature nor is it a laboratory medical process for any analytical purpose; it is taking a look at physiology through your body’s natural feedback mechanisms using tools of science.

The week is a blend of group discussions, whole health workshops, food prep classes, yoga, meditation, deep sleep and fun on the patio. You have  plenty of time to rest, book a massage, mani/pedi, facial or reflexology treatments, or a 1:1 coaching session with Liz or Laurie. Come join us!
