Rebalance Weekend Retreat with Jenny

January is a wonderful time to reset intentions, create new habits and revisit the rituals that keep us in balance in body, mind and spirit. Be supported with the guidance of Jenny Jackson, as she shares practices from Yoga (Hatha, Restorative, Vinyasa) and meditation, offering you tools to establish equilibrium, at home, at work and in your day-to-day mindset. 

Balance is never a ‘set it and forget it. With constant fluctuations in life, it is imperative we learn to move with change, shift our perspectives, and re-balance what matters, not forgetting the importance of self-care and self-awareness. This retreat is about ‘finding your ‘center’ by balancing energy, emotion and thought in mind and body. 
 
There is no experience required and all physical abilities are welcome.

10:30          Loving Kindness Meditation (Metta)

Meet Jenny

Jenny Jackson has been immersed in Movement Education for more than 20 years. Jenny is a seeker of inner well-being, and she consciously aligns herself living with an open mind, an open heart and embodies joy & vitality which is reflected in her welcoming & inclusive style of instruction. She teaches with a strong anatomical influence while still deeply honouring the classical roots of yoga. Jenny believes that feeling vital and in harmony with others & within our own selves is the primary goal (in life and in our bodies), and practice should reflect this.

 

Expect well-planned, responsible, creative & intuitive instruction within Jenny’s classes and retreats. Trust that your needs will be supported and a sense of inclusion & community will always be a focus. Jenny takes her offerings (but not herself) very seriously, so you can relax and be yourself as she leads with humour and vulnerability.

COST:  Tuition is $465 + HST for shared accommodation (up to 4 people of the same gender sharing a cabin)

Semi-private $565 + HST (just 2 people in your cabin)

Private $725 + HST (just yourself in a cabin)
