Be supported with the guidance of Jenny Jackson, as she shares practices from Yoga (Hatha, Restorative, Vinyasa) and meditation, offering you tools to establish equilibrium, at home, at work and in your day-to-day mindset.

Meet Jenny
Jenny Jackson has been immersed in Movement Education for more than 20 years. Jenny is a seeker of inner well-being, and she consciously aligns herself living with an open mind, an open heart and embodies joy & vitality which is reflected in her welcoming & inclusive style of instruction. She teaches with a strong anatomical influence while still deeply honouring the classical roots of yoga. Jenny believes that feeling vital and in harmony with others &
within our own selves is the primary goal (in life and in our bodies), and practice should reflect this.
Expect well-planned, responsible, creative & intuitive instruction within Jenny’s classes and retreats. Trust that your needs will be supported and a sense of inclusion & community will always be a focus. Jenny takes her offerings (but not herself) very seriously, so you can relax and be yourself as she leads with humour and vulnerability.
Registration Details
DATE: Friday January 7th @ 4pm to Sunday January 9th 2022 @ 1pm.
COST: Tuition is $575 + HST for shared accommodation (up to 4 people of the same gender sharing a cabin; in order to book shared, you must book with ppl who you are familiar with)
Semi-private $650 + HST (just 2 people in your cabin; if you are bunking with someone unfamiliar to you, you will have a cabin with a privacy door between sleeping areas)
Private $825 + HST (just yourself in a cabin)
