Relax and Renew Yoga Bliss Retreat

Friday, May 1 – Sunday, May 3, 2015

Join Emma Rose and Sabrina Reid for a weekend of Yoga to Relax and Renew!

Retreats are a great way to deepen your practice physically, mentally and spiritually!

No prior experience with yoga is necessary. All levels of experience are welcome! Your weekend of bliss will include session of Yoga Nidra (guided relaxation), Restorative Yoga, Gentle Hatha, and Hatha Flow Yoga and will range from gentle to vigorous, with modifications offered to make every class accessible to all.

In between the yoga classes and workshops you will be treated to delicious organic vegan and vegetarian meals created with whole foods and lots of love.

Take time for yourself, breathe deep, and nourish your body and soul.

Traditional Thai Massage or Yoga Therapy Ball Massage will be offered throughout the weekend! Book your privae session ahead to avoid disappointment!

7:30-9 Yin Restorative Yoga

Saturday:

7:00 Meditation/Silent Walk through Nature
7:30-9 Breakfast
9- 10:30 Gentle Hatha Yoga
10:30-12 Free Time
12-1:30 Lunch
1:30 -3 Hatha Flow Yoga
3:30-5 Partner Yoga/Thai Massage workshop
5- 6:30 Free Time/Discussion Yoga Philosophy

Sabrina Reid

Sabrina has been a Personal Trainer for 15 years, but fell in love with yoga 5 years ago. Sabrina completed her 200-hour teacher training in Kingston, ON through Mona Warner, where she is continuing to complete her 500-hour teacher training. Sabrina looks forward to sharing her passion of life & yoga through her teachings. She has a life enriching spirit that she brings to class, making the experience fun & invigorating. She looks forward to spreading her love of fitness & yoga worldwide to everyone who would like to enhance their life.

 

 

 

 

Emma Rose

Emma began practicing yoga at Moksha Yoga Winnipeg and fell in love with it, mind, body and soul. Emma’s devotion to Yoga led her to the Byron Bay Yoga Centre in Australia in 2012 where she completed a 200- hour Yoga Alliance recognized teacher certification (RYT). She has recently completed a 30-hour Yoga Alliance recognized Yin Yoga training with Joe Barnett in Ottawa, On. Emma has also trained to practice Traditional Thai Yoga Massage. She had the opportunity to attend training at the Old Medicine Hospital Thai Massage School in Chiang Mai, Thailand. Emma has a fun loving spirit and it shows in her playful sequencing and teaching.
