Restorative Yoga & Meditation Retreat with Liz Frost & Carolyn Cliche

Friday, January 31 – Sunday, February 2, 2020

This weekend is designed for you to deeply relax, feel restored and be deeply nourished in mind, body and spirit.

Throughout the weekend you’ll nurture your body with organic, yummy plant based meals, gentle yoga, fresh air and outdoor play.  Nourish your soul and still your mind with meditation classes. Reconnect with nature and explore the forest trails with cross-country skiing, snowshoeing or hiking through the wilderness surrounding the facility.  If lazy is the rest you need, curl up by the cozy fire with tea and a good book and watch the snow fall outside, book a massage or have a nap, or both!  Meet new friends and connect socially in an open and welcoming environment.

Enjoy daily meditation classes, gentle Yoga classes, and restorative Yoga with massage.  Do whatever serves you and participate in everything or skip something to have a nap, or hike in stillness.  Make this weekend what you need to feel aligned again, feel refreshed and ready to return to your daily routine with new vitality.

Restorative Yoga with massage is the ultimate in relaxation. Enjoy soothing music, essential oils, and gentle massage while you are comfy and supported with props and blankets for the complete restorative experience.  Because of the hands on treatment, the group will be divided into smaller groups for each class.

No prior yoga experience is necessary, and all activities are optional so you can do what serves you best.
