You have never experienced anything like this. We use physical training, yoga, nutrition, education and coaching  to bring you into the present moment. And from ‘this moment’ the possibilities are endless.
 
From the moment you arrive, you will be introduced to a new way of seeing the world around you. Each day you will work on your mind and body through coordinated activities, but don’t worry, you will also have time for personal reflection. 
 
Here are some of the things you will experience:
  • Yoga: Each day will begin and end with a yoga session focused on breathing and mindfulness.
  • Exercise: Each morning there will be a group exercise class that can be adjusted to your ability.
  • Instruction: Learn a new style of tactics, techniques and procedures in a supportive and relaxed setting.
  • Activities: Put everything you learn into practice during fun and immersive activities.
You’ll love the location, the simple accommodations and amazing food during your stay with at Sugar Ridge Retreat Centre:
  • Location: Located on 150 acres of majestic maple and cedar forests, lush meadows and surrounded by 3000 acres of provincial land, you can breathe fresh air, sleep deeply and feel revitalized just by being here. We have 20 km of trails accessible from the property for hiking or skiing.so you can walk for hours and not see another person or find a special place to sit still in the forest. .
  • Accommodations: 4-Person Cabins – Wilderness cabins near Midland, Ontario are perfect for a natural experience. Each of our ten cabins are nestled in the woods surrounding the retreat centre. Cabins can accommodate up to 4 people with either 4 twin beds or one double and 3 twin beds. Don’t be surprised to see a deer walk by your window, or rabbits playing tag.
  • Vegetarian Meals: Food is probably the most important aspect of time away from home so we make it worth the trip.   We focus on food to make you feel at home, welcome and nurtured.  Your body will thank you for the break from eating heavier foods and your taste buds will be tantalized with fresh herbs and spices that leave you wanting more even when your belly is full.
