Mid-Winter Tantra Retreat

Imbolc, or Mid-Winter, is a time of rebirth and renewal; of re-awakening after early winter’s rest. The light is returning, and we are feeling into what is wanting to be brought to life. This is the perfect time to re-align with YOUR truth, and to explore ways to create your most embodied and authentic life.

Tantra Yoga is a path of expansion, ease, and embodiment. In this weekend we will explore practices and rituals that help you to feel fully present, fully alive, and fully aligned with who you are becoming! You’ll leave feeling more centered in yourself, with tools and insights to help you integrate this into your everyday. Tantra holds the belief that every part of you is sacred, valid and valuable; you will be guided to experience this safely in your body and in community. 

This weekend you will be supported in re-discovering your authentic expression, and in creating a safe container to fully feel ALL of your experience, with love and compassion for yourself.

The combination of Lunar Yoga, Tantra, Yin Yoga and Meditation will leave you feeling more connected to yourself, and you’ll leave with some simple tools you can use in your daily practice right away! Follow your curiosity and join us for a weekend of community, connection, radical self-love and gratitude.

All levels of experience and ability are welcome, and every class is optional – do what serves you!

7:30 am       Movement & Meditation

10:30           Reflection & Journaling
12:30 pm     Lunch
2:00             Grounding Practice
4:00             Tantra Yoga
6:00             Dinner
8:00             Full Moon Ritual

SUNDAY
7:30 am       Movement & Gratitude Practice
9:00             Breakfast & pack up your cabin
10:30           Closing Circle
12pm           Lunch

Laurin Wolf is a Yoga Teacher and Yoga Teacher Trainer, with a traditional background in Hatha Yoga and Meditation from her Gurus in India. Her studies and practice also include Tantra, Yin, Restorative, Power Yoga, Pranayama, Mindfulness, Thai Yoga Massage, Reiki and Yoni Yoga.

You can find Laurin leading Women’s Circles, playing music and Kirtan, teaching Lunar Yoga, and coaching Women’s Wellness and Sexuality. Her passion is sharing the tools and techniques that have helped her heal and thrive through trauma, anxiety, chronic pain, depression, dysphoria, and dissociation. Her compassion and grounded presence help others feel safe to find their voice and explore their full, embodied expression.
