Get deeply grounded in gratitude and re-connect to the Earth element in this weekend retreat with Laurin Wolf. We begin the weekend on the Fall Equinox, a time to harvest, celebrate, and prepare to wind down toward the cooler months; and we end on the New Moon in Libra, encouraging us to find a deep sense of balance in both our inner and outer worlds.

Santosha is a Sanskrit yoga term, meaning contentment. In this retreat we will focus on taking time to cultivate gratitude and to celebrate the place you are in your journey at this very moment. You will find space to breathe into the in-between times, the transitions and changes you are experiencing in your life and relationships. We will also spend time releasing with thanks the thoughts, beliefs, and habits that are no longer serving your highest and best.

With that new space to breathe, you’ll dream into what you’re creating in your life now! We’ll set intentions and visualize the life you desire under the New Moon, and identify what your body, mind and spirit uniquely need to feel nourished, balanced and aligned with your purpose.

The combination of Lunar Yoga, Tantra, Yin Yoga and Meditation will leave you feeling more connected to yourself, and you’ll leave with some simple tools you can use in your daily practice right away! Follow your curiosity and join us for a weekend of community, connection, radical self-love and gratitude.

8 – 9:30         Lunar Yoga Flow & Meditation
 
SATURDAY
7:30 am        Mantra Meditation & Tantra Yoga
9:00              Breakfast
10:30            Gratitude Practice & Journaling (bring your journal)
12:30 pm      Lunch
2:00              Grounding Practice (barefoot walk, weather permitting)
4:00              Yin Yoga
6:00              Dinner
8:00              Dark Moon Releasing Ritual
 
SUNDAY
7:30 am        Movement Meditation & New Moon Intentions
9:00              Breakfast & free time to pack up your cabin
10:30            Closing Circle
12pm            Lunch

Stay as long as you wish to enjoy the space and depart at your leisure.

 

 

Laurin Wolf is a Yoga Teacher and Yoga Teacher Trainer, with a traditional background in Hatha Yoga and Meditation from her Gurus in India. Her studies and practice also include Tantra, Yin, Restorative, Power Yoga, Pranayama, Mindfulness, Thai Yoga Massage, Reiki and Yoni Yoga.

You can find Laurin leading Women’s Circles, playing music and Kirtan, teaching Lunar Yoga, and coaching Women’s Wellness and Sexuality. Her passion is sharing the tools and techniques that have helped her heal and thrive through trauma, anxiety, chronic pain, depression, dysphoria, and dissociation. Her compassion and grounded presence help others feel safe to find their voice and explore their full, embodied expression.
