Let’s face it.  We all live incredibly busy lives.  Our society has become filled with busyness syndrome, needing to fill every blank space in our calendars.  I took my first retreat 6 years ago, and since then I make it a practice to do one each year.  A little time away from the busy, gives us a chance to recharge our batteries, take time for just us, go within and connect with really amazing people.

To me, going on a retreat allows me to come back to my center.  To come back to my true heart’s desire; the place where I feel in harmony with what my body, mind, and spirit desire.

This 2-day SOULSHINE RETREAT is all about YOU.  Guiding you back to your SHINY self.  Nurturing your soul, nourishing your body and showing you the way back to your heart.

Please join us where we will spend time reconnecting to ourselves, practicing yoga, meditating, spending time in the trees, eating vegetarian food and connecting with like-minded souls.

  • 3:00pm arrive and settle into your cabin
  • 4:30pm Restorative Yoga Class (60 mins)
  • 6:30pm Delicious Vegetarian Dinner
  • 8:00pm Welcome Circle

Wednesday August 8, 2018

  • 7:00am Silent Walking Meditation
  • 8:00am Yoga: Gentle Vinyasa Flow (75 mins)
  • 9:30am Breakfast
  • 10am-12pm Time on your own; explore, journal, nap, whatever your heart desires
  • 12pm LUNCH
  • 1pm-330pm WORKSHOP on Whole Hearted Living
  • 430pm Restorative Yoga (60 mins)
  • 6:00pm DINNER
  • 7:30pm Cacao & Sound Bath Ceremony

As I sit down to write this BIO I am acutely aware of how hard it is to describe yourself! I mean, GEEZ, there are so many aspects of the self.  How can I properly express all of these elements?  (Besides the fact that how I see myself is likely pretty different that how others see me?) 

Nonetheless, what I can tell you, is that I am passionate about life! I am a true advocate for healthy holistic living.   I believe that we are “what we eat” but also, I believe that we are “what we think”.   My business SoulShine Wellness is dedicated to supporting others throughout their healing journey; offering all of the best modalities to truly allow for their SOUL to SHINE! 

I am a Healer, Homeopath, Nutritional Consultant, Certified Yoga Teacher, Writer and a Kitchen Alchemist.  I offer space for Sacred Ceremony and I love spending time in the woods. I even fancy myself a forager of wild medicines. 

I hope our paths cross and I have the opportunity to be part of your journey, and have you be part of mine.
