Spring Yoga Retreat with Leap Adventures
Friday, April 26 – Sunday, April 28, 2019
“First we do savasana, then we do the things…”
Discover a myriad of methods to deep relaxation while you uncover your true self with Jennifer Bascom and Jessie Steinberg of LEAP Adventures on this weekend-that-will-feel-like-a-week, yoga and drumming retreat.
Your gifted facilitators will offer you every opportunity to partake in yoga, meditation, guided hikes, drum circles, and more, as well as every opportunity to choose solitude and your own adventures.
This adventure to uncover your true self begins Friday, April 26th and ends Sunday, April 28th, 2019.
LEAP Adventures:
Our vision/mission is all about generating possibility and creating experiences and events that facilitate people’s abilities to surpass the (perceived) limitations they have placed upon themselves so they are freer to enjoy their jobs/relationships/environments (work or otherwise) than they were before we got them into one of our adventures.
This retreat is intended, like all retreats, to allow people the opportunity to disconnect from the demands of their regular lives and re-connect to peace and quiet.
We achieve this through providing a beautiful location, with gourmet vegetarian food, yoga, drum circles and the didgeridoo, and guided experiences in nature, along with loads of unstructured time for participants to do whatever suits/serves them.

Jennifer Bascom is a dedicated yoga pratictioner and yoga teacher. Feedback Jennifer receives is that she is “an intuitive grace.” She can tell by heart, or magic, or luck, or vibes, who needs what and gives it to them: the perfect touch on an aching lower back in child’s pose, a desperately needed foot massage during final savasana, the right words, an insight or offering that resonates, and so on. People can feel that her love for them and desire to care for them, on and off the yoga mat, is real. This is what gives her her yoga following and has her reputation be excellent.
Jessie Steinberg is a busy and accomplished musician when she is not spreading transformation through her team-building and leadership development company, LEAP Adventures. Jessie consistently receives feedback that she/the event was more fun, more educational, more inspiring, and more transformative than expected. She is funny, surprising, warm, and engaging, as well as being very experienced, exceedingly successful, and highly regarded in her field. Let her amazing drum circles and didgeridoo magic connect you to the rhythm of your breath and the beating of your heart.
