Summer Retreat with Yoga, Meditation & Beach Time - Escape the City!

Monday, August 15 – Friday, August 19, 2016

Create your escape!

Choose from 1 – 4 night stay – whatever suits your schedule!

Not everyone wants the same getaway so we’re offering a very simple daily schedule and options for the best of what the area has to offer.  We’re at the heart of Georgian Bay and the area comes alive in the summer with a wide variety of activities and entertainment.  Surrounded by beaches, there are many local spots to go relax on the beach and swim, paddle board or take a boat tour..

beach

This retreat is an opportunity for you to create whatever you need.  For some that may mean doing something different every day in the area and for others it can mean parking the car, and not going anywhere, or you can have a few days of both.  Park the car and chill for a couple days and then venture out to explore the area..

Whatever you need we’ll help to arrange it.  Everyone will relax deeply!  We will nurture you with wholesome organic meals and our stress free environment.  We’ll get you tickets to local theater, historical sites, rent your paddle boards and even arrange lessons for you.  We’ll guide you to the best beaches around and pack you a lunch if that’s what you want.  If more nurturing is what you need we can book you a massage, mani/pedi or reiki session on site.

Here is the schedule we propose but you can do whatever you want – it’s all optional!
