Summer Solstice Yoga & Hike Retreat

Sunday, June 20 – Tuesday, June 22, 2021

Rejuvenate, Invigorate, Celebrate!

Join Liz Frost for a summer celebration!

Summer Solstice marks the transition to summer and the warmth to come.  It’s also National Indigenous Peoples Day.

We will visit Sainte Marie Among the Huron for National Indigenous Peoples Day and celebrate with drumming, dancing and learn a slice of the history of Canada.  If they are closed due to COVID we will celebrate on site.  Respecting any restrictions in place we may do things a bit differently than we hope to.  For example, we may do yoga outside if necessary and use the studio just for meditation practice.  We have plenty of space for social distancing and as always, we will respect any gathering size restrictions in place at the time.

If you want to read more about what we’re doing for precautions around COVID19 please have a look here.

All are welcome to come and enjoy the peacefulness of Sugar Ridge.
Be energized by relaxing!
Hike in the forest trails, mindful meditation,
gentle yoga, walking meditation out in the medicine wheel garden.

You will leave feeling energized after a day of relaxing!

Absolutely no experience or flexibility is required – If you’re breathing you’ll enjoy this getaway!

Yoga Discussion Group

All meals snacks and beverages will be provided.
