“Gratitude unlocks the fullness of life. It turns what we have into enough, and more. It turns denial into acceptance, chaos into order, confusion into clarity… it turns problems into gifts, failures into success, the unexpected into perfect timing, and mistakes into important events. Gratitude makes sense of our past, brings peace for today and creates a vision for tomorrow.”  ~ Melody Beattie

The gifts of yoga and meditation—gratitude, presence, clarity, joy… reveal themselves naturally when we are unburdened from our daily stresses and the mental, emotional & physical challenges of our lives. This weekend retreat combines yoga, meditation, mindfulness, and somatic therapy in a beautiful nature setting, complete with delicious vegan and vegetarian food, and cozy accommodations.

This retreat is open to everyone—yoga practitioners, yoga teachers, and the general public. It ends on Sunday at 3pm, so you can either bring your friends and family members to the retreat, or have plenty of time left on Sunday night or Monday to engage in Thanksgiving festivities at home.
