This weekend will guide you through a heart centred journey to feel the vibration of gratitude through every cell of your being. Your destination: Radical Self Love and Joy – The Power of Goddess Love…Life exists in an ocean of love – it nourishes the prana (the force of all life). Kundalini gives you the awareness of this ocean, everywhere always…this awareness gives you the power of being in love. Unplug & discover the pristine and expansive night skies, crisp clean air and the deep peace that a visit to Sugar Ridge Retreat in Midland offers.

Explore your own unique strengths and power; rejoice in the experience of the nurturing support that a sacred circle of women can generate. The challenge and delight of a woman’s life is to find her center, to balance herself in the sacred, and in the joys and challenges of life. She is the center of so much, for so many. From her center, love, power, confidence and harmony flower. The space we create facilitates the healing journey of spiritual consciousness that we embrace as women and yogis.
I welcome women of all ages and experience levels to this opportunity for relaxation, strengthening, growth, and bonding with other women. Plan ahead for this fall and get ready to revel in the experience of your goddess!

The weekend includes:

  • 3 days and 2 nights shared accommodation, 4 students per cabin.
  • 6 Healthy and nourishing vegetarian meals prepared for us
  • Morning sadhana, yoga classes and evening gong meditation / relaxations

First meal is Friday dinner, and last meal is Sunday lunch with room check out at 1:00 pm.

Transportation:

Transportation to and from the retreat is not included or provided, however, we are happy to help assist and arrange car
pooling with attendees.

Early Bird Savings: $459 plus HST for early reservation (sign up and pay in full by Sept 1, 2016)

 

Cancellation policy: Refunds (minus a $150.00 Administration Fee) are available up to 30 days before the start of the retreat.
No refunds or credits will be provided after that time. You may arrange for another person to take your place.
