Friday, June 14 – Sunday, June 16, 2019

Discover Your Reflection Through The Medicine Wheel

Going through a life transition?
Want change in your life?
Need a break?

As women we tend to place the care of others above our own. This results in stress overload and a loss of our essential selves.

We invite you to refill your cup of self by joining this inspired women’s retreat designed to help you reconnect to you through the art of self care, self reflection and self discovery.

Inspired by the teachings of the medicine wheel, you will be guided to explore holistic healing practices by Kelly Jeffords, a band member of Mohawks of the Bay of Quinte, who resides in Serpent River First Nation.

Kelly is an experienced counselor and facilitator who interweaves traditional teachings with western knowledge.
The weekend has been designed to open your heart and relax your mind.

No experience is necessary and no knowledge of first nation practices is required. All are welcome.
