  Day 1 – Friday, June 2, 2017 
 3:00pm -5:00pm – arrive at Sugar Ridge Retreat Centre and settle into your cabin
5:30pm – meet and greet with Lore Wainwright
6:00pm – dinner
7:30pm – Chakra Yoga:  Part 1 – Physical Self
   Day 2 – Saturday, June 3, 2017
7:00am – rise &  shine for a nature trail walk
8:00am – Yoga stretch (30 minutes)
9:00am – breakfast
10:00am – Knowing Your Guy – core awareness workout (45 minutes)
11:00am – What’s on your Fork?  Nutrition tips for a better belly
12:00noon – lunch
1:00pm – Build it and They Will Come – What’s Your Vision?
3:00pm – Chakra Yoga:  Part 2 – Emotional Self
4:30pm  – free time
6:00pm – dinner
7:30pm – Chakra Yoga:  Part 3 – Mental Self

7:00am – low impact workout (45 minutes)
8:00am – Yoga of Gratitude (90 minutes)
9:30am – breakfast

About Lore Wainwright

Yoga makes me better.

Yoga makes me a better cyclist, weight lifter, walker, runner, friend, wife, daughter, mother.

Yoga, as I’ve come to learn is not about seeking balance, calmness or curing chaos. What yoga has brought me is an acute awareness that every single thing in life has purpose and matters. When I teach, I bring only what is already living in people, to the surface. That could include darkness, hurt and discord; because without these, we can’t know light, joy and agreement. Joy, bliss and love become apparent on our mats, and flows to life OFF our mats.

When I began as a student over 20 years ago, I was attracted to the physical, asana side of yoga. Through multiple conferences, certifications and ultimately with my 200 hour teacher training, I know that the more I discover about yoga, the more I want to explore. While my training is Anasura-based, I practice and teach a mixture of Hatha, Power and Restorative Yoga. I follow the same principles on the mat as I apply to my life – using my heart first, then my head. I welcome each of you to join me on this wellness journey at Sugar Ridge Retreat Centre.

Lore has been a fitness instructor for over 20 years. She teaches various forms of fitness in both group and individual settings. She thrives on motivating individuals who are striving for a healthy mind, body and spirit.
