Know Yourself, Forget Yourself: A Silent Week with Liz

Take the time to know yourself

SHIFT               EXPLORE             OPEN         CREATE
Perspective         New Ways of Being            To possibility      The True You

Spend the week immersed in self exploration.  Daily Yoga, meditation, journaling exercises, and forest bathing allow you to notice yourself on a little deeper level.  By taking the time to know yourself, you can then forget yourself!

Come with an open mind

The paradox of mindfulness practices will be explored this week.  All practices lead to a greater level of self-awareness.  With that awareness comes greater mental and sensory clarity, freedom from self-doubt, self-deprication and  one is left with a greater sense of peace, calm in chaos and joy in the mundane.  Become immersed in all that is real and present and let go of the stories you tell yourself.  Become your true self.

No experience with yoga or meditation is necessary – come with an open mind.

No physical limitations prevent you from joining in to yoga: you can use a chair if needed.  If walking on hills or rough ground is difficult, you can do a walking practice in the studio when the group is out in the forest.  Do what you can!
