Yoga & Hike – The Essential Spring Retreat

You will glow from the inside out and feel radiant after a weekend of stress-free bliss.  Enjoy gentle yoga, lots of forest energy, meditation and the peacefulness that is Sugar Ridge.  The studio is enveloped in natural sounds, and every window has a view to our beautiful natural surroundings.  We’ll do the cooking and you do the eating!  Meals are vegan, nutritious and yummy.

No experience with yoga or hiking is required to enjoy this retreat.  This retreat is perfect for anyone who just needs a little break from everyday life!

Jenny Jackson

Jenny Jackson has been immersed in Movement Education for more than 20 years. Jenny is a seeker of inner well-being, and she consciously aligns herself living with an open mind, an open heart and embodies joy & vitality which is reflected in her welcoming & inclusive style of instruction. She teaches with a strong anatomical influence while still deeply honouring the classical roots of yoga. Jenny believes that feeling vital and in harmony with others & within our own selves is the primary goal (in life and in our bodies), and practice should reflect this.

Tuition for this adventure includes all meals, classes and accommodation.
Rates are per person.

Shared – $575 + HST (up to 4 people in a cabin)

Semi-Private – $645 + HST (2 share a room)

Private – $825 + HST for a room to yourself
Please note that some cabins have 2 rooms.

Semi-private - Cabin will be shared with the 1 other person you are registering with. If booking alone, we will try to match you with someone of the same gender.

Private - Cabin for one person, not sharing with others.
