Nurture in Nature – Wellness Weekend

Reset & reconnect with yourself during this spring weekend retreat!

With the beauty of seasons changing, Spring allows for renewal and growth.

Feel inspired this weekend to make deeper connections, nurturing yourself in all capacities, and explore the outdoors. You are invited to move, meditate, share, explore and take time for just for you. This is a perfect weekend away to share with a friend or savoured solo.

No experience with yoga or meditation is required, and all classes are options for you. Make this your time and do what you feel!

Ditch some Stress and fully experience life in the present

This retreat will provide you with tools to better cope with the stresses of daily life and fully experience life in the present, rather than getting caught up in worries about the future.  Explore all aspects of yourself: what you eat, how you eat, how you feed your mind, and how you feel in your body.

– Cleanse and nourish your body with yummy organic vegan meals, while you nourish your soul.

– Come into physical balance with different styles of Yoga classes to flex your muscles, and still your mind and spirit

– Have fun celebrating the snow with hiking through the forest.

– Meet new friends and become your own best friend!

 

No experience with yoga, meditation is necessary!

This retreat is perfect if you’re curious but not sure how to start or what to expect. This retreat is a perfect choice for you even if you have physical limitations to movement, little or no meditation or yoga experience.

Everything during your retreat is completely optional. This is YOUR time. If you need to sleep in then skip the early morning yoga session. If a massage is the nurturing you need, we can book that for you. Allow this time to be the kindest gift you could ever give yourself and honour your needs.

Meet Your Facilitator

Lorraine Murphy

Lorraine spent 17 years working for the Canadian armed forces as a civilian fitness coordinator and aquatic coordinator. Her experience and knowledge over the last 20 years has allowed her to facilitate group training classes, 1 on 1 personal training, meal prep and planning, online fitness/yoga, retreats, workshops and corporate/team development. She is a Mother of two, a wife and avid lover of outdoors and adventures. Any day that she can be outside hiking a trail, riding a bike, walking with friends or just exploring the wilderness is where she is the happiest. Lo is loud and loving, funny and deeply compassionate and 100% HERSELF. She strives to live an authentic life, being who she is no matter how and when you meet. What you see is what you get! And she promises that you will always get the best of her :)

Shared $575 + HST (up to 4 people in a cabin)

Semi-private $650 + HST (You and one other share a room) some cabins have 2 rooms

Private $825 + HST a room to yourself (some cabins have 2 rooms)

Shared - Cabin will be shared with up to 3 other guests of the same gender. If you are booking for just yourself, depending on the retreat, we will match you with other guests of the same gender.

Semi-private - Cabin will be shared with the 1 other person you are registering with. If booking alone, we will try to match you with someone of the same gender.

Private - Cabin for one person, not sharing with others.
