Throughout the retreat, indulge in gentle yoga sessions designed to center the mind and revitalize the body, fostering a sense of inner peace and mindfulness. Our experienced instructors will guide you through practices that encourage relaxation and rejuvenation, creating a space for holistic well-being. All practices are beginner friendly. Venture outdoors to partake in the local Winterama festival, where a myriad of winter activities await.

Liz Frost

Liz Frost MA Ed, RP, is a certified yoga teacher, mindfulness coach and psychotherapist. She was introduced to meditation in the early 90’s and found yoga as a form of meditation. With a foundation in meditation and somatic based psychotherapy, she incorporates mindfulness into yoga practice. She is the owner of Sugar Ridge and devotes her time and energy to making the world a more peaceful place.

$855 + HST semi-private accommodation – 2 people share a room
$1,155 + HST private accommodation – private room all to yourself
