A Day of Rest – One Day Yoga Escape

Take a day just for you to rewind....

Enjoy disconnecting from the external, and turn within, reconnect to SELF, using yoga, meditation and nature, in a ‘nourishing/flourishing’ environment.

Lovingly flow your body through gentle yoga, simple breathing exercises (pranayama), and guided meditation.

Our day’s activities and ‘not doing’ will illuminate your interior spaces, for better self understanding and care.

Knowing others is intelligence; knowing yourself is true wisdom – Lao Tzu

We culminate the day with a magical bowl sound bath during restorative yoga and deep guided relaxation.

There will be free time at lunch to mindfully wander the forest and grounds, explore, observe, experience, read or journal.

Nurture your whole BE-ing

Nurture your whole BE-ing on this day.  Do what you intuitively need, and absorb the day’s magic and energy.

You are welcome to bring along any crystals you may have for the Chakra-rebalancing gentle yoga session.

“Yoga is the natural rhythm of life which brings you closer to yourself and to others.” ― Sri Sri Ravi Shankar

Participants are encouraged to bring: journal, writing/colouring utensils, and any crystals you may have to incorporate into your practice.
