Escape the ordinary and embark on a journey of peace and relaxation. The perfect blend of gentle yoga guided by Tae and delicious plant-based nourishment, followed by a relaxing and healing Sound Journey with MJ.

Indulge in a scrumptous dinner and relax. This evening is designed to deepen your connection to your self and allow for deep relaxation and self-care.

After dinner, enjoy a candlelit sound immersion. As you lie back and immerse yourself in the moment, feel the stress and tension melt away, leaving you both rejuvenated and connected on a deeper level.

Taylor Rae Hemmings

Tae is a mindfulness coach, certified yoga teacher, and holistic wellness enthusiast. She was introduced to yoga at the age of eighteen and quickly knew that it would become not only an integral part of her life, but that it was also a special sort of magic that she was meant to share with others. Tae has taught yoga internationally in places such as India, Bali, and Nicaragua. She is devoted to guiding others to connect to the innate sense of home and presence that lives within each and everyone of us.
