Join Cat O’Connor for a nourishing weekend just for you: blending yoga, meditation, and guided writing in the peaceful bit of nature that is Sugar Ridge Retreat Centre. Discover this magic for yourself.

All writing sessions will include prompts and an opportunity to share your pieces in a safe, supportive environment.

Enjoy daily yoga, meditation, and guided writing sessions, delicious vegan meals, and plenty of quiet moments in nature.  Take this weekend just for you.

Meet Your Facilitator

Cat O’Connor

Cat has over 600 hours of yoga training including Vinyasa, Yin, Restorative, and Sivananda practices, Cat brings a grounded, heart centered approach to her teaching. As a long time Vipassana meditator and published writer, she creates a safe and inspiring space for you to slow down, reconnect, and let creativity flow. She has found that through the combination of Yoga, Meditation and Writing, magic is created. Cat has a diverse background in the not for profit, Real Estate and Yoga worlds, she truly believes her purpose is to be of service through the sharing of yoga, mindfulness and writing. Cat lives in Barrie and is mom to two beautiful daughters.

This retreat includes all meals, classes, and the accommodation you choose.  Rates are per person.

 

$575 + HST  shared accommodation – up to 4 people share a cabin

$650 + HST semi-private accommodation – 2 people share a room

$825 + HST private accommodation – private room all to yourself

* some cabins have 2 rooms

Shared - Cabin will be shared with up to 3 other guests of the same gender. If you are booking for just yourself, depending on the retreat, we will match you with other guests of the same gender.

Semi-private - Cabin will be shared with the 1 other person you are registering with. If booking alone, we will try to match you with someone of the same gender.

Private - Cabin for one person, not sharing with others.
