You will never be the same. That is the whole point.
Somewhere between the honking chaos of New Delhi and the silence of a Bhutanese monastery, something in you will loosen. That is not an accident. It’s the whole point of this journey.
For seventeen days you will travel with a small group of like-minded strangers who, like you, are ready for something more than a vacation. You will walk through the Red Fort at dusk. You will explore, not scroll places built centuries ago. You will hike to a monastery clinging to a cliff 3,000 feet above a Himalayan valley, and you will understand, maybe for the first time in years, why people still make pilgrimages.
Then you will rest. Six nights in Bali, at an eco-retreat built for nothing but recovery. Yoga at sunrise, your meals grown steps from where you eat them, silence when you want it and company when you don’t.
You do not need a travel companion. Only the will to go. Liz Frost, a yoga teacher and mindfulness coach who has spent three decades learning how to be still will lead the way.

Here’s the route
India
Our adventure begins in the chaotic heart of New Delhi, India. We’ll jump right in with a tour of the Red Fort and a scrumptious dinner, feeling alive with all of your senses stimulated by the colours and sounds and smells! Street vendors hawking their wares and traffic where no one signals and everyone honks! India is a land of ancient traditions, and modern technology.
Our stay here is short but we’ll make the most of the time we have with a day trip to the Taj Mahal in Agra via high speed train. Trains in India are a great way to avoid traffic and relax and see the countryside. Explore bustling bazaars scented with spice and incense, marvel at the grandeur of Mughal architecture like Humayun’s Tomb and the Red Fort, and savour rich, flavourful cuisine that awakens your senses. As evening falls, the city glows with a magnetic intensity—an unforgettable introduction to the adventure ahead.
Bhutan
From India’s dynamic capital, we’ll head to the serene Himalayan valley kingdom of Bhutan where the capital city has no traffic lights (white gloved police direct traffic easily) and the wealth of the country is measured in the happiness of it’s citizens. Seriously! We’ll spend seven nights with a private guide and transportation, exploring something new each day. Sites won’t be rushed and we’ll have time at sacred sites like the iconic Tiger’s Nest to sit and take it all in. Meditation in monasteries is part of the plan.
Enjoy the peacefulness of Bhutan and it’s people with daily excursions to monasteries, tours through mountain passes, leisurely walks in pristine forests and spinning prayer wheels in peaceful valleys. We’ll have dinner with a local family one night with an opportunity for a sacred hot bath. You will be immersed in a culture deeply rooted in spirituality and tradition. Each day grounding, magical, and profoundly restorative, breathing fresh mountain air, eating clean food and sitting still in ancient monasteries.
Thailand
Jumping back into a chaotic city, we’ll spend 2 nights in Bangkok, Thailand, a city that hums along 24/7. We’ll start with a street food tour by tuk tuk (the official transportation of Thailand) after checking in to our hotel. The Khaolon Market area comes alive at night where we’ll spend time for an evening of shopping. The area is known for it’s silver shops. Our one full day here will be very full with a day tour of the floating markets, the Emerald Palace, What Pho and Wat Arun with some time to pause and take it all in. Cruise past illuminated landmarks, indulge in authentic Thai cuisine, and experience the perfect contrast of tradition and modern flair.
Indonesia
Leaving Bangkok behind, we’ll have plenty of time to rest and relax in Bali, Indonesia with six blissful nights at an eco-retreat. This tropical haven invites you to slow down and soak in its beauty—lush rice terraces, sacred temples, and golden beaches are all part of the plan. We’ll play in the Indian Ocean, with beach time and snorkeling, be pampered at the retreat spa, relax by the pool and be nourished with meals catered from the gardens on site. Bali provides the perfect, soul-soothing finale to our journey.
The whole trip is a blend of culture, spirituality, excitement, and tranquility—each destination a contrast to the one before creating a truly unforgettable travel experience.
