Winter Wellness Long Weekend

Winter is a season of quiet wisdom — a time to slow the pace, soften the edges, and tend to what is asking for care within us. Cradled by the stillness of nature, Sugar Ridge Retreat Centre offers a sanctuary where you can step out of the rush of daily life and into a rhythm that is slower, steadier, and deeply nourishing.

The Winter Wellness Retreat is an invitation to pause, breathe, and restore. Over two or three nights, you will be gently guided into practices that support whole-being wellness — honoring the understanding that wellness is not one-dimensional, but a weaving together of mind, body, and soul. Through movement, silence, nourishment, and time in nature, we create space for calm to return and vitality to quietly re-emerge.

Each day will unfold with intention and ease, including:

  • Gentle, accessible yoga practices suitable for all bodies and experience levels
  • Mindfulness and meditation to settle the nervous system and cultivate inner steadiness
  • A full day of silence on Saturday, offering a powerful opportunity for reflection, clarity, and deep rest
  • Time immersed in nature, allowing the land itself to support grounding and renewal
  • Wholesome, thoughtfully prepared vegan meals that nourish from the inside out
  • Simple, restorative self-care rituals to support you during the retreat and beyond

This retreat is not about striving or fixing — it is about remembering how to listen, soften, and care for yourself with compassion.

This retreat is for you if:

  • You are feeling depleted, overwhelmed, or in need of rest and reset
