Focus on Ease Within

This retreat is all about finding ease within the body. We will explore various types of inputs from mediations, movement (light & restorative), breath-work, soundbaths & somatic exercises. There will be lots of time to be in nature with beautiful trails to explore. There will be a focus on awareness and listening to the body. Followed by moving energy, tension and emotions that are held in our bodies.

This retreat is ideal for you if:

  • are looking to take some intentional time for yourself
  • curious about trying different restorative techniques and seeing what inputs your body responds best to
  • may notice that stress & emotions play a part in your body pain/symptoms
  • looking for a quiet weekend away in nature

No previous movement or meditation practise necessary. come as you are 🙂

This is YOUR time

No particular fitness level is required. You are encouraged to respect your own unique needs during the retreat and to participate in the activities you want and skip the others.  Everything during your retreat is completely optional. Rest assured that no matter what your current level of activity or ability, you will be able to participate.  All of the practices are inclusive, and all participants are supported to ensure that everyone gets what they need.

What to Expect this Weekend

– Cleanse and nourish your body with yummy organic vegan meals, while you also nourish your soul.

– Come into physical balance with movement classes that will flex your muscles, as well as your mind & spirit.

– Create your resilient emotional balance with mindfulness-based meditation.

– Enjoy the beauty around you with time hiking the forest.

Melanie Cundari

Mel is a physiotherapist and movement trainer. She has done further trainings in cranio-sacral therapy, breathwork, somatic practises, acupuncture and visceral work. She has an incredible appreciation for how much we can take on and hold within. She loves to create space for others to give time to themselves.

$600 + HST  shared – up to 4 people share a cabin

$675 + HST semi-private accommodation – 2 people share a room

$760 + HST private accommodation – private room all to yourself

Semi-private - Cabin will be shared with the 1 other person you are registering with. If booking alone, we will try to match you with someone of the same gender.

Private - Cabin for one person, not sharing with others.
