From Pointless to Purpose: A Women’s Kundalini Yoga Week Retreat

Rumi’s quote: ‘The wound is the place where the Light enters’ inspired Candace, your guide for this retreat, to move past her inner demons and to share what she has learned to enable other women to also create their own life of Joy, Purpose and Love.  Join her for this one-week dive into your 3 minds and how to use them effectively and creatively.

Kundalini yoga taught Candace how to move past her inner demons and transform her life. She is passionate about sharing what she has learned to enable other women to also create their own life of Joy, Purpose and Love.

Join her for a one-week dive into your 3 minds, discover what the function of each one is and how to integrate them effectively and creatively.  Take time to relax in Nature, sleep peacefully in a forest cabin and be nourished with delicious plant-based, organic meals made with love.

This week is dedicated to women only. What to look forward to:
 Yoga kriyas (series of physical postures) designed specifically for women.
 Recognize your default mind setting – did you know you have 3 minds?
 Discover what your 3 minds are and how they work
 Learn how to integrate them and use them effectively and creatively.
 Release old patterns and habits that no longer serve you.
 Enjoy time for guided journaling and relaxation.
 Learn specific tools to develop increased self-esteem, self-confidence, self-love.
 Transform negative self-talk.
 Improve your relationships.
 Feel more love and peace and less stress and anxiety.
 Discover your original identity, your true, authentic, innocent, pure Self.

Meet Your Facilitator

Candace Castro

Candace Castro has lived most of her life as a misfit. Through kundalini yoga, she learned that we are so much more than just our physical body. In fact, we have 10 Bodies and three of those bodies are our mental bodies. Candace has travelled Every Woman’s journey. She has been a single Mum twice, married and divorced 3 times in a fruitless search for love in all the wrong places. Her life experiences, combined with the practice of Kundalini Yoga, helped her to gain insight into how to help herself and other women discover a path to happiness and fulfilment.

Shared - Cabin will be shared with up to 3 other guests of the same gender. If you are booking for just yourself, depending on the retreat, we will match you with other guests of the same gender.

Semi-private - Cabin will be shared with the 1 other person you are registering with. If booking alone, we will try to match you with someone of the same gender.

Private - Cabin for one person, not sharing with others.
